Community Event registrations must be submitted no later than August 29, 2020, to be considered.

Community Events must meet the criteria outlined on our website in order to qualify and be included in festival programming.

Regina Pride Inc. will be letting you know if your event has been approved. Once approved, you'll be given resources and materials – including logos and banner graphics – that can help you align your promotions and marketing with the festival.

We require all event hosts to take "Positive Space Training" provided by the UR Pride Centre. There's no cost and training will take place online.

We require training to make sure all Queen City Pride Festival events are organized by folks who are aware of making spaces safer, braver, and more welcoming to our community.

We recommend all events have at least TWO people (who are involved in planning and hosting the event) attend the training. If you've already taken this training within the last TWO years, you do not have to take it again.
